- 1/2 cup natural or blanched almonds soaked up to two days

- 4 drops of lavender or rose oil
Directions:
- Soak almonds overnight or up to two days.
- Blend the almonds and water (or herbal infusion) in a blender and strain through a cheesecloth.
- Reserve the almond pulp left over for making the scrub below.
- Stir in the essential oils into the almond milk and pour into a hot bath just before getting in.
