Nourishing Nut Butters heal and moisturize the skin and hair from the inside out! We hand select the finest nuts and churn them down by hand for their incredible skin and hair hydrating, healing and moisturizing properties. Each one is fantastically different.

We add them to our HandCrafted Soap Bars and here is why:

Almonds are packed full of fiber, protein and essential fatty acids. This nut’s essential fatty acids help reduce swelling and inflammation.

This nut is also a natural anti-inflammatory and can help treat skin disorders such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. Almonds soften and reconditions dry skin. Wonderful to use as a facial mask. Simply grind up some almonds and add rose water or honey.

If you are in need of a hydration boost for your hair you can create a lovely deep conditioning mask by smoothing on the ground almond paste onto hair after washing and allowing to sit for 10-15 minutes and washing out. This conditioning treatment will leave your hair soft and shiny.

Pumpkin seeds are packed full of vitamin E, zinc and magnesium, which will keep your skin glowing, promote regeneration of skin cells and fight off bacteria that may lead to acne. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant which helps skin repair itself quickly and zinc has long been a remedy for acne sufferers. Pumpkin seeds are also a protein powerhouse (about 5 grams in 1 ounce), and also can help with cell regeneration.

Macadamia nuts help heal wounds, delay premature wrinkling and repair muscle and connective tissues. Buttery with a rich source of iron, protein and vitamins B2 also known as riboflavin, which aids in maintaining healthy collagen levels for glowing skin and hair.

Brazil nuts might offer a ton of omega-3s like walnuts, but these ivory white nuts are abundant in selenium, which is responsible for improving the skin’s elasticity and relieving inflammation like pimples or redness from acne. High in this mineral, these nuts neutralize free radicals thanks to its production of glutathione to hydrate skin for a better consistency and reduction in acne.
