RICE CREAM (Oryza Sativa)
Rice cream is very rich in carbohydrates (about 83%) but it also contains 8 of the essential amino acids for our body (about 9%), fatty acids and minerals. Mineral content (about 0.7%) : potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium, zinc, iron, copper. Fatty acids content (about 0.9%) : oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, linolenic acid, myristic acid, stearic acid. B-vitamins are mainly found in brown rice.

Wild rice has amazing antioxidant properties, which can reduce free radicals from our body and keep oxidative stress at bay. By reducing the breakage of hair, it helps retain hair and increase the hair volume that makes your hair appear to be growing at a faster rate.
Yucca can help promote hair growth as it stimulates blood flow to the scalp. "Yucca has been known to thicken hair naturally and is used as a remedy for hair loss and thinning.
Besan balances oil in your scalp and prevents oiliness or dryness. Gram flour makes your hair follicles strong which further improves hair growth. Using besan on your hair regularly adds volume to your hair and makes them look healthier. Besan is a go-to solution for hair loss, hair thinning, and dandruff
Okra is loaded with nutrients and as far as your hair goes, antioxidants are good for it because they help to fight off free radicals. Vitamin C is good for your hair because it helps it to produce more collagen which increases elasticity and reduces hair loss. Two other nutrients in okra are magnesium and iron.
Avocados are packed with vitamins A, D, E and B6, proteins, amino acids, magnesium, folic acid, copper, and iron — these are all fantastic for keeping your hair soft and moisturized.
