The uses of jojoba oil are seen in All of our products here at uRBAN wHIP including: shampoos, conditioners, facial, hand and body lotion, cuticle and nail care products, baby care lotion, creams, cleansers, bath oil and soaps.
So, use this natural oil that has been bestowed by the nature to mankind.

Hair Growth

As we know the sebum secreted by the sebaceous glands moisturizes the scalp and prevents hair loss, but sometimes its thickened build-up might block the hair follicles that in turn would restrict the hair growth and increase the hair loss.

Jojoba oil does miracle in such conditions. It acts as a solubilizing agent and disbands the sticky build-up and diffuses through the follicles. This allows the follicles to enhance the hair growth. Now, you know the contribution of jojoba oil for hair growth, but the list of benefits does not end here. There is a lot more to it.

Jojoba oil is widely used for the purpose of skin care and hair care.
This is because its components have a striking similarity with that of sebum, an oily matter secreted by the oil glands present under the skin surface.
It is this oily substance that gives the soft and smooth texture to the human skin and hair

Antiseptic

The list of benefits availed from the oil would be incomplete without mentioning antiseptic property of it. Apart from the above mentioned benefits, there are many anti-bacterial and fungicidal properties attached to jojoba oil.

It makes the scalp healthy by keeping the diseases like eczema, scalp dermatitis and psoriasis away that are responsible for hair loss. The massage with organic jojoba oil also improves the blood circulation and keep the hair healthy.

Jojoba oil acts as an excellent moisturizer. The best part is that it supplies the skin with adequate moisture without blocking the skin pores. It is suitable for all types of skin. This is possible because it restores normal oil balance of the skin.

Thus, in oily or combination skin, it controls the excess production of oil by the oil glands and in dry skin, it meets the requirements of additional amount of moisture. If your facial skin is sensitive and has a tendency to get eruptions quite easily, you can still use jojoba oil on it, as the oil is hypoallergenic in nature.

It is rich in vitamin E content which is a natural antioxidant that prevents the onset of wrinkles on the skin surface. You can apply pure jojoba oil directly on the face or mix two drops of the oil with your regular face moisturizer before applying it.

Jojoba oil has good cleansing properties and can be regularly used for removal of facial makeup: blush, foundation and lipstick.

Soak a cotton ball and rub it over your face and lips with a gentle hand. The oil will dissolve out all the makeup almost instantly.

Then, take out the oily residues along with the makeup from your face with the help of a moist tissue.

Protection and Healing

Jojoba oil is like a protection shield for the hair. Along with the conditioning and moisturizing benefits, it improves scalp capillary circulation.

The direct application of this oil attracts dust and dirt and keep the hair in safe mode. If the oil is mixed with other natural extracts like lavender, rosemary oil and comfrey, the benefits would be doubled for healing the hair and providing nourishment.

The mixture of jojoba oil with emu oil and primrose oil is an amazing hair care product for healing hair damage.

Similarly, jojoba oil is helpful for removing eye makeup like kohl, liner, mascara and eyeshadow. The best part is this oil does not cause any eye irritation.

Since the eye area is very sensitive, you just have to apply the oil with great care and make sure you do not rub it harshly.

Simply, dip a cotton pad into the oil and apply directly over the eyelashes. Within no time, you will find that it has removed all the makeup. Regular application will make the lashes more beautiful.

As Body Oil

Jojoba oil can be applied not just on the face but all over the body before or after shower in the morning. It gets absorbed into the skin very quickly and has a hydrating effect.

People prefer it as a body oil mainly because it does not leave behind any greasy feel after application. This quality of easy absorption of the oil into the skin also promotes blood flow which in turn will give you a glowing skin very soon.

You can use it for body massage as well, but for that, you have to mix it with any other massage oil as it does not have the slippery effect required for massaging.
The inherent structure of jojoba oil resembles the sebum oil produced by the sebaceous glands. Sebum acts like a moisturizer for dry scalp.

Jojoba oil, having a similar structure, helps in maintaining the required level of moisturizer in the scalp and thus provides healthy hair. The role of jojoba oil for hair loss is incredible.

The regular use of this oil for massage gives strength to hair and makes them break resistant by providing them required moisturizer and thus making them free of split-ends and tangles.

When few drops of jojoba oil is mixed with the hair cleaning agent or shampoo, new cell growth are enhanced that make the hair stronger and get rid of dry and frizzy hair.
